Privacy is not a legal formality for us — it is the product we sell. This policy explains how we handle information belonging to visitors of this website and clients of the agency.
Through this website we collect only what you choose to submit via the contact form: your name (or alias), phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. Our server also records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security purposes. We do not use advertising trackers.
Enquiry details are used for exactly one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you engage us, administering your case. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. We do not send marketing emails. Case information is accessible only to the investigators assigned to your matter.
Beyond this website, every engagement is governed by a written confidentiality agreement. Client identity, case existence, findings and reports are never disclosed to any party other than the client, except where disclosure is compelled by a court of law or statutory authority acting within its powers.
Website enquiries are retained for up to 24 months and then purged. Case files are retained as per the engagement agreement and applicable law, stored in encrypted systems with access controls. Physical evidence and documents are stored in secure custody and returned or destroyed on case closure, as the client directs.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention duties), by writing to info@tehkikaat.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
